Studio Policies

Please review the policies outlined below. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.

  • Cancellations:

    • Lessons cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled as a makeup lesson (based on availability).

    • Lessons canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited and not eligible for makeup or refund.

  • No-shows: Missed lessons without notice are forfeited.

  • Teacher cancellations: If I need to cancel for any reason, a makeup lesson will always be offered.

Private Lessons

Group Classes

  • Missed classes: Because classes are held in a group setting and spots are limited, no refunds or makeups are offered for missed classes.

  • Withdrawal before the session begins: If a student withdraws at least 48 hours before the first class, you will receive:

    • A full refund, OR

    • A credit toward a future class

  • Withdrawal after the session begins: No refunds or credits are offered once the session has started.

  • Class cancellations (by the instructor): Any class cancelled by the instructor will be rescheduled or credited.
